How does the benchmarking protect our data?

Comparisons use anonymous averages for companies in the same sector and size band. A group is shown only if it contains at least 12 companies, figures are rounded, and other companies' names are never shown. You can ask us to exclude your company from benchmark calculations at any time.

Who in the company should answer the questions?

Ideally a senior person with a broad view of the business, or several colleagues from different functions so the picture is balanced.
